PRE-LAUNCH REQUEST TERMS · AUGUST 30, 2026
Event request terms.
These terms apply to pre-launch inquiries for events beginning January 1, 2027. Submitting an inquiry is free. Final rental, cancellation, refund, weather, and safety terms will be presented for review before any customer is asked to pay.
A request is not a reservation
Submitting a request does not hold a date, approve a venue, create a rental agreement, or authorize a charge. Southline must review the full operating window, travel, venue access, equipment readiness, and final price.
Earliest event date
Southline is accepting requests for events on or after January 1, 2027. A requested date remains unconfirmed until Southline approves it and the required deposit is successfully paid through the final reservation flow.
Starting prices and travel
Founding starting prices are $995, $1,195, and $1,495 for Southline's three event formats. These limited prelaunch rates may end after Southline completes its first ten events. They cover the staffed base rental and delivery within 15 one-way road miles of Dalton. Additional round-trip road miles beyond that allowance are $0.75 each. Any separately identified operational adjustment, taxes, venue requirements, and approved items are shown before payment.
What Southline reviews
Southline reviews the requested date and time, venue or city, travel, safe and practical setup, loading access, power, weather backup, rental duration, and operator availability. Exact equipment footprint, ceiling height, power, access, and weather requirements are still being finalized and will be published before deposits open. A venue is not approved merely because its address was accepted by the form or appears in representative concept imagery.
Changes
You may update an unpaid inquiry through its private link. Changes that affect availability, travel, setup, duration, or price return the inquiry to Southline for review. After a deposit, changes and cancellations will follow the final booking policy shown before payment. No cancellation or rescheduling right is promised by these pre-launch inquiry terms.
Weather, access, and cancellation terms
Southline may require a covered or indoor weather backup and must approve the final surface, power, loading path, venue permission, and safe setup. The proposed customer timelines and remedies are published in the Cancellation & Weather Policy and will be incorporated into the signed agreement after final operational and legal approval.
Deposit process
No payment is taken when an inquiry is submitted. Southline's working launch policy is a 30% deposit only after human confirmation of the date, venue, travel, final total, and final terms, with the remaining balance due seven days before the event. A date is not reserved until the approved deposit is successfully paid. This policy is not active until it appears in the final rental terms shown beside a functioning payment link.
Pre-launch readiness
Southline may decline, pause, or close requests while equipment, insurance, operating procedures, venue requirements, and payment systems are being completed. If Southline cannot perform an event, it will not request or retain payment for that event.
These request terms remain separate from the event-specific rental agreement. Read the privacy notice.
