Founding prices are limited prelaunch rates and may end after Southline completes its first ten events. A request is not a reservation, and no payment is taken now. After Southline confirms the date, venue, travel, final total, and final terms, a 30% deposit secures the approved booking. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.

Southline primarily serves Chattanooga, North Georgia, and Metro Atlanta along the I-75 corridor. Travel depends on the final venue location and is quoted as a separate line before any deposit.

Can I book something before January 2027?
No. Southline is accepting inquiries for event dates beginning January 1, 2027. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or take a payment.
Do I need a venue before I inquire?
No. Start with the city or area. We will need the final venue and setup details before the rental can be reserved.
Does the starting price include travel?
Starting prices include local delivery within 15 one-way road miles of Dalton. Beyond that allowance, Southline charges $0.75 per additional round-trip road mile. The route, mileage line, and any separately identified operational adjustment are confirmed before any deposit.
What is included?
Every approved rental includes delivery to the confirmed venue, setup, one simulator, clubs and balls, an on-site operator, and teardown. A location-based travel charge may be added to the starting price.
How much space, power, and access do you need?
Final equipment specifications are still being confirmed and will be published before deposits open. Southline will review the clear footprint, ceiling height, power, flat setup area, loading path, and venue approval for every request. Concept images are not equipment specifications.
What about outdoor events and weather?
A covered or indoor backup may be required. Southline will review the venue and weather plan before payment. Final weather, cancellation, and rescheduling terms will be shown with the approved plan before any deposit.
Can I change my request?
Yes. After submitting, use the private link shown with your confirmation to update the date, venue, guest estimate, duration, contact details, or notes. Anything affecting availability, travel, setup, or price returns to human review. Changes after a deposit follow the final booking terms.
When do I pay?
No payment is taken when you submit an inquiry. After Southline confirms availability, travel, venue details, final pricing, and final terms, a 30% deposit secures the approved booking. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
